The primary purpose of this page: Is to connect with "You", my Friends.
In brief, my personal health is much better, after spending the past 4 months living with my parents, sleeping, eating nutritionally and losing 50 pounds.:)
It has also allowed me the time for serious introspection as well as serious meditative time on the direction of Common Ground World, its' programs and its' purposes.
@ the forefront @ the moment: the Rio Hondo project
& the Rio Hondo Attunement Center
First, let me tell you, this is a real & viable project
The property ( 20 acres ) is owned by my friend Reymundo ( of 20 years ), and he has agreed to allow Common Ground World to develope the Rio Hondo project on approximately 7 acres of combined space, layed out in a pyramid vortex energy pattern of one acre @ the center for the Rio Hondo Attunement Center
and one acre @ each of the 4 corners of the property, that we will utilize for corresponding commercial investment projects to raise the investment capital for the more altruistic efforts, such as the Rio Hondo Attunement Center facilities and the one acre Yucatan rain forest plant life research center where we seek to dedicate a volunteer and donation resident project of shared insights and illumination of both locals and guests of the wondrous natural resources of the area..and their 'balance'.
Simply Stated i am here as Your friend &
Your brother
i have no financial interests in this project whatsoever, nor will i ever seek to own, possess or control it in any way.
My position here, as stated is as Your friend and Your brother,it is my honor ,gift and grace to be involved in this project as i am, to identify the doorway and to pass it along to "you", whoever "you" are.

Now, Our spires into the air, are the natural jungle trees, some of the tallest in the area i am told.
The vibrational pools beneath our feet, are the natural caverns and ceynotes of the Mayan world.

On one acre, in the center of the project
@ the moment 10 classes of 24 is our goal during the first year of operation.
That means that 240 persons out of 6 billion is our goal, in one of the most well known, easiest access, and bagain rate flight price tourist destinations on the planet.
the price of our 21 day experience: all inclusive/no frills package is $500.00 USD
Which means your jungle palapa on site lodging and all meals plus every aspect of your spiritual experience and your teachers, is covered.
You will have free time during your 21 days, you may simply lounge around the premises (encouraged) or you may also explore the local sites and attractions (at your own expense) while utilizing our facilities as your base. We recommend you look around and enjoy the area while you are there and will make exery effort to help make such things available to you. We will also be offering a unique afterburn time when you finish the 21 day series. In other words, since we are not in a rush, and if you are not in a rush to get back to wherever you came from. We invite you to hang around a few days, relax & reflect. You can stay awhile longer if you wish, in the planned Crew Area or whatever works out.
Personally,.. i will be with you on location,..for the first 3 class periods.
After that..i believe, enough of you will have come together, formed your own council and direction and will then have been aquainted with the local practitioners, healers, and indigenous teachers..to begin attending to the Rio Hondo Attunement Center yourselves. My purpose will have been to make the initial connections, the basic foundation for "You" to build upon and equitably fund it in a manner creating the future security of the project itself. i have faith in The Source that guides me, and in you my friends, whos destinies will entertwine, It is my vision to then turn it over to "You"..whoever "You" are :)..as my personal journey leads me more into the Central Yucatan where Reymundo and i will be working on another interest of his,..and for me and "Us",..the beginning & the mid point of:
the Emerald Journey

Here, we will have a fun layback evening @ one of Corpus Christis oldest and most famous restaurant saloons, Pegi will be your bartender that night, also serving chop beef sandwiches if you're hungry. It will be a little louder here, the jukebox, pool and shuffleboard are an option. Realizing many of us will be gathering on business and issue intent Vernons has offered to have the coffee pot going also, but you still have the option of a beer, or a shot in your coffee :) while we're there. So whether your an old local friend, or connected to Common Ground World via our mailing lists or site friend supporters on Myspace, FaceBook, Zorpia, PerfSpot, Ning, WetPaint or our local 11th Hour Action MeetUp or Organizing for America group.

Here, we will enjoy a layback garden courtyard experience in the Centers after hours @ Kimberlys Greek Fire Belly Dance Studio & Coffee / TeaHouse
Kimberly will have her own special coffees and teas available on 'our' nights there, along with other inexpensive desserts and munchies from time to time.

Proposed for our front investment acre
This combination Maya open pit cooking/jungle coffeehouse: Will be the 21 day feeding area during our 10 or so Rio Hondo Attunement Center classes annually, but it is also the corner acre on the 20 acre jungle property nearest civilization and tourist access which will also house the greeting area, a cool evening jungle coffeehouse concept for the visiting tourists featuring local foods cooked in a fire pit atmosphere.
An ecological evening by tiki torch probably a few dim battery operated lights supplied by photo cell during the day, we are looking for a layback atmosphere here, a simple place where some local family is employed helping it run, where the fire pit also provides dim light and keeps the big blackened pot of our own version of Cafe Ole warming on the fire. Fire Dancers, Drums:) and other local Maya music & indigenous talent will be the speciality of the house.
We..are planning, on this same development acre, to begin some sort of time share type palapa living situation,primarily, at this point for the Family:)
We..are also fortunate to announce.. Scott will be handling all investment opportunities..& in the next week or so, should, have his own page on this site where you can begin to interact with him if you are interested..
